We had a flood during the February freeze. This resulted in lots of basement drywall damage. I contracted with Pappas to repair the damage and also to remove 5 ceiling speakers on our main level that were no longer working. This was a big job for sure! After the 8 drywall repairs ,we needed the ceilings painted as well. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and respectfulness of everyone at Pappas. Pappas got the job done in two days and left our house extremely clean. I had no stress during the job bid, during the work, and afterward. Dave Morrison ( project manager) stopped by several times to be sure the job was going well. This is the second time we used Pappas. They painted the exterior of our house a few summers ago. We had a great experience then as well. I am pleased to fully endorse Pappas Painting and Repair! They are a first class company! I found their bids to be quite competitive.
We hired Pappas after receiving quotes from 5 other companies. From a cost standpoint, they were in the middle. After speaking with Ryan about some of my requirements and concerns, I felt comfortable to move ahead with their service. Eric came out to provide a quote, he was professional, thoughtful, and informed. I received the quote quickly and received a follow up call from Ryan a few days later to answer my questions. We were a bit in a time crunch and needed to get on their calendar within a week and fortunately they had availability with a larger crew. We had them do full interior painting, the kitchen cabinets, staircase railing/trim, and front door. The color consultant, Marnie, spent 2 hours with us being very thoughtful about how certain colors will look in each room and against the carpet, tile, floors, fireplaces, etc. There wasn't anything we didn't discuss which helped me feel very comfortable and excited about the transformation to come! Jorge and Eric came on the first day and walked through the house and we talked about everything we wanted done so there was no confusion. Jorge and his team were very respectful of our furniture, taking care to wrap everything, and placing protection on our hardwood floors and carpet. They arrived about 8am each morning and stayed until nearly 6pm most days (which Jorge ok'd with us first). We left for a long weekend so they could finish our bedroom and set up a spray room for our kitchen cabinets. We have cameras around our property and house and even without us there they still treated our house with respect. We are so in love with how it turned out! We loved our house before but the transformation was incredible! Their work was excellent! Marnie was key in picking the right colors! And Eric and Ryan have been top notch with their customer service! I can't wait to use Pappas again for other projects. ~Amanda
Pappas recently painted 50+ exterior windows at my home. They offered a very reasonable price, I found them to be hard working, highly efficient, courteous, they cleaned up well when done, and made every effort to ensure I was fully satisfied. I would highly recommend them.
We had Pappas Painting repair drywall and fix the texture in our entire basement after we removed large amounts of wallpaper. They were easy to get a hold of, and did the estimate and the work quickly. Most importantly, the texture and repairs look excellent! The team that completed the work was respectful and efficient, I’d highly recommend them and we’d use them again!
I have used Pappas over the years for many different types of paint jobs at my home -- exterior, interior, staining, etc. Most recently I hired them to paint my garage to match my new siding, and they did a wonderful job. Their bids are always competitive, but where they really excel is in the quality of the workmanship. Perfectly clean corners and lines, amazing attention to detail. Great communication before, during, and after the job. Best painters in Denver, hands down.
The Pappas team just completed the exterior of our home and I couldn't be happier! This was my first time hiring painters and the team was friendly, professional, clean and got the project done in only a few days. We live in an older home that has a lot of quirks, and they addressed them all and the outcome looks fantastic! They even took the time to sand and properly prep our deck which had failed from my own attempt at staining. Yikes. The warranty they offer is fantastic and every step of the process was simple. Eric, Ryan and the Pappas team communicated with us and graciously put up with all our tiny questions! Solid company for sure - give them a call.
Pappas Painting and Repair came highly recommended by a friend and our experience with them exceeded expectation. Ryan was extremely helpful in working around a few scheduling changes that came up on our end and his communication and customer support is what one hopes for when working with a company that is coming into your home. Saul and his team did an amazing job. They were on time, professional and efficient. They took no shortcuts, making sure to tape everything off and remove fixtures for a professional and seamless paint job. The team cleaned up all the old paint and tape and walked through the final job twice to make sure we were happy with the results. I cannot recommend this company enough. We will absolutely use them again for any home painting needs.
Just finished our second home painting project with Pappas Painting & Repair, and in both instances, their team was responsive, professional, and provided great quality. As a contractor myself, I appreciated their attention to detail, preparation before starting their work, and making sure to walk the customer through the process to ensure my goals were met.
Pappas Painting IS THE BEST. I have now hired them two times. First, to paint our nursery. They did a great job, were very efficient, respectful, and provided great pricing! for these reasons, I hired them to paint our fence. They helped me with determining paint color, and coordinating with my neighbors. I worked closely with Ryan, and he is topnotch. Again, great job, efficient, respectful, and fantastic pricing. I cannot thank them enough! I have recommended them to my friends that are moving, and I will hire again when we expand our basement! Thank you Pappas Painting!!!
